This was the first time that we have stayed at City-ville and, for the most part, we were pleasantly surprised. The twin studio taht we stayed in fir two nights was spacious enough and clean although starting to show a few signs of age. Beds are comfortable, shower is great. I would take an extension cord and power board as there are not many power outlets in the room.

Staff were friendly and offered a quick, no fuss check in and check out. The only downside is the accommodation's location on a busy street. Having said that, only local traffic, few trucks or heavy vehicles which is more than most of the accommodation in town can boast, most being on the busy Bruce Highway with heavy traffic all night.

We would definitely stay here again, maybe in an appartment which were a little further from the road. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

I stayed a week in this hotel. The room I got was spacious and quiet. Even fresh flowers on the desk at the day of arrival.

Staff is friendly. The hotel itself seems to be a side job, coz I think they get most money by renting out halls to large groups for example weddings and conferences. All hotel rooms are situated at one side of the compound, in the night closed by an extra gate. As the guards with rifles! Call it high security, but not that customer friendly. We booked bed and breakfast maid service every day large bed in the single room and a decent shower also safety deposit box included in the price.

Breakfast in the main hotel but if you require lunch or dinner its in an annex at the foot of the property the bar is also situated there although drinks are available at the swimming pool which is also cleaned along with the surrounding area each day. One downside laundry price was on a par with the UK so check the price before you decide to use the service also wifi only available in certain areas although it is free but a bit slow. Namirembe Guesthouse Kampala. Just returned from 2 week trip to Uganda with 20 students. This is an ideal place to bring a group. It is safe, secure,comfortable and the staff are super friendly. The view is terrific and breakfast area is great. The rooms are clean and adequate.
