In answer to Ang57zvh. Great for you but not everyone wants to live that way. For the second time, slimming world is not a diet.

It encourages healthy eating and treats in moderation. Its very easy to follow and works perfectly when done correctly. OP doesn't need to be told about how horrendous carbs are not true or the joys of carrot sticks as a "treat". If she wanted to lose weight she would do what needs to be done.
