The bus service is 1 minute walk and has excellent connections to the train. Also, lots of options for schooling with both private and public schools with bus servicese, or within minutes drive. Safe area with great neighbourly spirit - fabulous for couples or families! I love our house in Ningi,we are just off the main road and its actually fairly quiet. I love our neighbours who have come over a couple of times just to check on us if we're making any loud noises renovating which is so considerate, the only annoying issue is phone reception but that can be sorted once you find the best spot in your house.
